Charles Fallon brings to Not Your Average Bookkeeper over 25 years of demonstrated experience in a variety of facets of the financial and banking arena. Charles has extensive hands-on experience in handling cash budgets, cash collateral, liquidations, mergers and acquisitions, and field audits.   His specialty is conducting due diligence and recurring examinations for banks, specialty lenders and hedge funds.  Among his clients are Wells Fargo Trade Finance , Focus Management Group,  WithumSmith+Brown, Evergreen Collateral Consultants, and DF Capital Resources. 

Prior to starting Patriot Financial Associates, LLC, Charles worked as a consultant for Park Street Management and Focus Management Group’s Lenders Services.   Charles led field examination teams for a variety of financial and government institutions.  As a Senior Financial Analyst for Foothill Capital Corporation, Charles supervised all financial analysts, directed all complex field audits and developed new audit procedures and techniques. At Bank of Boston, Charles performed detailed analyses on complex credits and highly leveraged transactions and investigated audit irregularities and inconsistencies.

Charles was also responsible for the consolidation and integration of audit reports following the merger of Shawmut Bank and Connecticut National Bank. As a National Bank Examiner for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Charles served as a team member for the examination of national banks, reviewing internal controls, operational efficiency, and compliance with legal requirements.

Charles received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University’s School of Management.
